3. How We Use Your Information

4. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as described below:

We do not sell your personal information.

5. License to Uploaded Photos

By submitting a photo through the App, you grant FW Publishing LLC and its affiliates, together with the event’s sponsors, organizers, and media partners (collectively, the “Authorized Parties”), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, crop, and otherwise exploit that photo, in whole or in part, in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, for any legitimate purpose — including, without limitation, the operation and promotion of the App, the event series, and related publications — without further notice, consent, compensation, or attribution.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights in and to each photo you submit; that you have obtained any consents required from identifiable individuals appearing in it; and that its use by the Authorized Parties as described above will not violate the rights of any third party. This license survives the deletion of your account or of the photo from the App; if you ask us to remove a photo, the Authorized Parties will make commercially reasonable efforts to discontinue new uses of it going forward.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Check-in records and approved feed photos are retained for the duration of the event series and may be archived afterward. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to our processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
